After years of working alongside nonprofits, human services organizations, and mission-driven leaders across the country, I’m excited to officially launch Fresh Spark Consulting.
Fresh Spark Consulting was created to help organizations navigate growth, operational challenges, technology adoption, and organizational change in ways that are practical, sustainable, and people-centered.
Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with nonprofits, 211s, community-based organizations, and national partners focused on strengthening services, improving operations, and building capacity in increasingly demanding environments. One thing became very clear through that work: organizations need support that is strategic, but also realistic.
Not every organization has endless resources, extra staff capacity, or time to implement complicated systems that sound good on paper but fail in practice. Fresh Spark Consulting exists to bridge that gap.

We believe innovation should support people, not replace them. We believe strong systems create stronger communities. And we believe organizations deserve consulting that feels collaborative, approachable, and grounded in the realities of the work.
This next chapter is one I’m incredibly excited about, and I’m grateful for the support, encouragement, and connections that helped make it possible.
